Dalkey Publisher John O’Brien will be appointed Chevalier in the Ordre des Arts & des lettres tonight in Dublin by French Ambassador Jean-Pierre Thébault. The award is bestowed in recognition of significant contributions to the arts, literature, or the propagation of these fields by the Minister of Culture and Communication of France.
